Already assured of first place, the German champions dumped Barcelona out of the Champions League as the result saw the Catalan giants drop to third place behind Benfica, who beat Dynamo Kiev 2-0 in Lisbon.
Thomas Müller broke the deadlock with 34 minutes played as his header dropped just over the line after a cross from Robert Lewandowski.
Bayern doubled their lead just before the break through Leroy Sané, who got the better of Marc-André ter Stegen with a powerful shot from distance.
Just over the hour mark, Jamal Musiala scored the last goal of the game, firing home after a great run by Alphonso Davies on the left.
