When asked about Hoeness' comments at a press conference today, BVB sporting director Michael Zorc said he is unfazed by the claim made by the Bayern boss.
"It doesn't matter what is being said before such a game. The favourites aren't 1-0 up from the start of the game. Of course, we noticed that (Hoeness' comments), but we don't care. We're enjoying the situation at the moment and feel we have a good reason to approach the game with confidence" he said according to Sportbuzzer.
BVB coach Lucien Favre made it clear he expects a tough game against an experienced Bayern side.
"We're up against a team with a lot of experience. Bayern are Bayern. We want to deliver a top performance. We know that we have to be very clever in defence when we attack against Bayern," Favre said.
