Oliver Glasner on Frankfurt's win over West Ham: "It's only half-time"

"To reach the final would be extraordinary, but it's only half-time," said Eintracht Frankfurt coach Oliver Glasner after his side's 2-1 win over West Ham.
Eintracht Frankfurt stand with one foot in the Europa League final after beating West Ham 2-1 away from home in the first semi-final between the two sides last night.

However, Eintracht coach Oliver Glasner is aware there is still a lot of work to do in the return leg next week.

"To reach the final would be extraordinary, but it's only half-time. We will have 50,000 Frankfurt fans supporting us at home, and maybe 3,000 fans from West Ham, so we're really looking forward to that," said Glasner after the game, according to UEFA.com.

Kevin Trapp spoke in the same vein.

"We are now in a very good position for the return leg," admitted the Eintracht goalkeeper in a post-match interview.

"It's the big goal to win this competition, but we should not think of the second step before making the first."
