PSV set to complete Hazard capture

Sport1 reports that PSV are on the brink of signing Thorgan Hazard on loan from Borussia Dortmund.

According to Sport1, the Borussia Dortmund winger is on his way to Eindhoven for his medical.
Per the report, Hazard will join PSV on a six-month loan deal without an option to buy, with the Dutch Eredivisie side set to pay his full salary.
29-year-old Hazard has struggled for playing time this season and has started just six games for BVB in all competitions.
