Brighton and Aston Villa show interest in Ryerson, per Sky

Brighton & Hove Albion and Aston Villa are said to be interested in Borussia Dortmund's Julian Ryerson.
Borussia Dortmund full-back Julian Ryerson has reportedly attracted interest from the English Premier League.

According to Sky Germany, both Brighton & Hove Albion and Aston Villa have expressed an interest in the Norwegian defender, who is contracted to BVB until 2026.

Ryerson is believed to be in the lower salary range for the Black and Yellows, earning around 3 million per year.

He could therefore be in line for a pay rise, although there haven't been any concrete talks about a new contract with the management, with the future of sporting director Sebastian Kehl unclear.

Ryerson is a regular starter for Dortmund and has made 24 appearances for the club this season, scoring four goals and adding one assist.
