Sky Germany are reporting that Oliver Glasner is a central candidate for the vacant RB Leipzig head coach position next season.

After Sebastian Hoeness extended his deal at Stuttgart, the club from Lower Saxony have turned their attention to the Austrian.

There has already been contact with the former VfL Wolfsburg and Eintracht Frankfurt boss’ management.

If Glasner is happy to join Die Roten Bullen, a transfer fee will be required as his contract with Crystal Palace runs until 2026.

It is believed that there is also an exit clause in the current deal with the Premier League club from London.
