Bayern München coach Niko Kovac has revealed that Kingsley Coman is expected to be ready for Saturday's Super Cup final against Borussia Dortmund.

The winger, who suffered a badly bruised knee in Wednesday's Audi Cup final against Tottenham, was passed fit by his coach at a press conference today.

"Coman is doing well, he will train again today and be there tomorrow, assuming no unexpected turns," Kovac told reporters, as quoted by the club.

Serge Gnabry, on the other hand, will not be traveling with the Bayern team to Dortmund for Saturday's game. Kovac hopes that the 24-year-old will be ready to return for the DFB-Pokal clash with Energie Cottbus on August 12.

"Gnabry is feeling better, but he won't travel. We will try to get him ready to play in the cup," Kovac said.

Saturday's game between BVB and Bayern will be played at Signal Iduna Park, Dortmund, and kicks off at 20.30 CEST.
