Kompany visits a FC Bayern fan club for the first time
After the joint sessions had been canceled since 2019 due to the pandemic and the 2022 Winter World Cup and were held in January last winter due to heavy snowfall, FC Bayern were now traditionally held again before Christmas. Head coach Vincent Kompany provided happy moments and an unforgettable afternoon for the Bayern supporters of the fan club "Obing '84 e.V." in the Upper Bavarian district of Traunstein.

As had been rumored for several weeks, Frans Krätzig will not be carrying on with VfB Stuttgart. The 21-year-old will be headed back to his parent club of FC Bayern München for now after a premature termination to his season-long-loan arrangement has been reached.

The VfB competitive situation left Krätzig with little prospects of playing. Krätzig never saw a minute of league action after a disappointing start in the first match of the season. The Germany U21 international appeared twice for Stuttgart in the cup and also made two 3. Liga starts with the reserves.

“Frans has great potential as he can play on the wing as well as in midfield," VfB sporting director Christian Gentner noted in a statemen., "Mostly due to the competitive situation within our squad, Frans has not gotten the desired amount of playing time in the past few months. Thus, we have agreed with him and FC Bayern on an early termination of the loan."

“I felt very comfortable at VfB from day one," the player himself added," I would like to thank my teammates, the coaching staff, and all the other employees for their time. Now is the time for me to take a new path and take on a new challenge. I wish VfB and its great fans all the best for the future.”
