RB Leipzig are understood to have made an offer for AS Monaco full-back Benjamin Henrichs.

According to Kicker, 'Die Roten Bullen' have tabled a bid for the 22-year-old following an unsuccessful attempt to sign him in the summer.

Henrichs was linked with both RB Leipzig and Werder Bremen during the summer transfer window, but Monaco's hefty price tag of €25 million scared off interest from the Bundesliga clubs.

However, RB Leipzig haven't given up and will now be making a new attempt to bring in the right-back who is said to be interested in the move himself.

Henrichs, who joined Monaco from Bayer Leverkusen in a €20 million deal in 2018, has made just six appearances this season.
