Tolisso was subbed off with an injury in Saturday's 2-1 loss to Gladbach, and Bayern coach Hansi Flick has now revealed that the central midfielder will not be able to recover in time for Wednesday's game at Allianz Arena.
"We have some players carrying knocks. Tolisso won't be able to play tomorrow. Otherwise, apart from the long-term injuries, I hope everyone else will be available," Flick told reporters.
Jerome Boateng was also forced off with an injury in Saturday's 2-1 loss to Gladbach, but should be able to feature on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Niklas Süle, Lucas Hernandez, Michael Cuisance and Fiete Arp remain sidelined.
Bayern are already through to the round of 16 before their upcoming clash with Tottenham.
