According to reports from Portugal, a deal has already been agreed.
The transfer fee should be in the region of €15-30 million.
Weigl was already linked with a move away from Dortmund last summer and came close to a love to Paris Saint-Germain.
The 24-year-old, Who has made 20 appearances this season, is under contract with BVB until 2021.
