Marcus Thuram has been among Borussia Mönchengladbach's stand-out performers this season, scoring 10 goals and making nine assists following his summer move from French side Guingamp.

And he will only get better with time, says Gladbach coach Marco Rose.

"I believe that Marcus is far from the end of his development. There's a lot more to come from him," Rose told Kicker.

Describing what makes the 22-year-old stand out, Rose said:

"Marcus is a footballer who benefits greatly from his physique and stature. Nevertheless, he's also a fine technician, who can always deal with situations in tight spaces."

Thuram's contract with Gladbach runs until 2023.
