Tuchel looks to the Bundesliga for reinforcements

Paris Saint-Germain manager Thomas Tuchel is rumored to be interested in Maximilian Eggestein and Arne Maier.
Ligue 1 kicked off this weekend, and the champions from PSG were off to a flying start, beating Caen 3-0 at home.

However, not all seems to be going well at the club as central midfielder Adrien Rabiot is said to be refusing an extension on his contract and is looking for a move away from the French capital.

The former Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel could be looking towards the Bundesliga for options to replace the Frenchman in the shape of Werder Bremen's Maximilian Eggestein and Hertha Berlin's Arne Maier, French media outlet Paris United understands.

Maier and Eggestein are both young midfielders coming off good seasons for their respective teams, and Tuchel is said to have taken a liking to the players.

As PSG have already sold Javier Pastore earlier in the summer, options at central midfield are looking slim which could signify that Tuchel sees the Germans as more than just squad depth.
