Having just won the treble, Leon Goretzka insists he still has lots of goals to achieve with Bayern München in the years to come.

"I have only been in Munich for two years and feel very comfortable here. We have a great team, just won the treble and still have big goals," said the German international in an interview with Sport1.

"We'll stay hungry. To win the double is awesome. Defending it is even more awesome. The same goes for the treble, even though the cards are shuffled each season.

"I feel in top shape and injury-free. I'm firmly convinced that my and our best time has just begun.

"If you play for FC Bayern, you would probably be a leading player at any other German club. I am also on a very good path here in this regard, there's no question about that," Goretzka said.

The 25-year-old, whose contract expires in 2022, has scored 17 times and set up 18 goals in 80 games for Bayern since his move from Schalke in 2018.
