Bayern München coach Hansi Flick has confirmed that Serge Gnabry is in line to return in Wednesday's DFB-Pokal tie against Holstein Kiel.
The German international has shaken off the knee problem that kept him out of Friday's 3-2 loss to Borussia Mönchengladbach.
"As things stand today, Serge will be able to play tomorrow," Flick told reporters at the pre-match press conference.
"He completed training in full and I'm not expecting that to have a negative impact on him. He's part of the plan."
Kingsley Coman and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, on the other hand, will not be available.
"Choupo-Moting has back problems, Kingsley Coman will also miss out. He's feeling some discomfort in his muscles and we don't want to risk anything," said Flick.
The Bayern coach also used the occasion to dismiss rumors that the club have decided against exercising their €7.5 million purchase option on Benfica loanee Tiago Dantas.
"That's not true," Flick claimed, insisting that he remains in ongoing talks with sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic about the youngster's development.
