Hertha BSC coach Pal Dardai didn't mince his words when evaluating his team's performance in Sunday's 1-1 draw with local rivals Union Berlin.

Robert Andrich gave Union an early lead before Dodi Lukebakio equalised from the penalty spot in the 35th minute.

Speaking after the game, Dardai didn't shy away from the fact that he wasn't satisfied with what he saw from his players.

"I didn't recognize my team," Dardai told Sky Germany in a post-match interview and went on:

"We were like paralyzed and gave the first 25 minutes away.

"This was a mental thing. We neither had too much or too little training last week. I need to talk more with the players again, I probably didn't do that enough.

"It wasn't OK today."
