Last summer, Bayer Leverkusen keeper Bernd Leno was linked with a move to Napoli. And according to Bild, the Serie A giants still want to sign the German international as he has been identified as the perfect replacement for the ageing Pepe Reina.

Leno is said to have a release clause in his contract that makes it possible for Napoli to sign him for around €25 million in the summer.

The 26-year-old, who is under contract until 2020, has previously said that he is open to moving abroad - as long as his potential new club will see him as the main keeper.

"If I move abroad, it will not be to challenge for the number one spot, but to be a clear number one," Leno has said according to Bild.

Arsenal have also shown an interest in Leno who has played 295 matches for Bayer Leverkusen.
