Borussia Dortmund will be without Felix Nmecha for a while due to the injury he suffered against Werder Bremen.

That's according to local publication Ruhr Nachrichten, who claims that the midfielder will be out for several weeks with a knee ligament injury.

The good news for the Black and Yellows is that the cruciate ligament is not affected.

Nmecha was forced off 12 minutes into Dortmund's 2-2 draw with Werder Bremen at the weekend.

The 24-year-old has been an important player in the middle of the park for Dortmund this season, making a total of 27 appearances with three goals and two assists to his name.
