Rolfes on Tah: "There's no offer that's acceptable for us"

Simon Rolfes has once again commented on reports linking Jonathan Tah with Bayern Munich, saying "there is no inquiry or offer from any club that is acceptable" to Bayer Leverkusen.

It's been several weeks since it was reported that Jonathan Tah had agreed to join Bayern Munich from Bayer Leverkusen, with the two clubs still unable to agree on a transfer fee.

According to reports, Leverkusen have turned down a second offer for the centre-back worth €25 million.

And as Bayer Leverkusen managing director for sport Simon Rolfes emphasized on Monday, no offer has satisfied the club yet.

“There is nothing new. It remains the case that there is no inquiry or offer from any club that is acceptable to us - no offer that we are convinced matches his value, because he is a very important player for us,” Rolfes told reporters on Monday.

Tah has joined Leverkusen's pre-season camp in the Black Forest on Sunday following his vacation.
