On Thursday, Kicker reported that after lengthy negotiations with Bayer Leverkusen, Bayern Munich will no longer pursue a move for Jonathan Tah.

However, according to both Bild and Sky Germany, the deal is not completely off yet.

Bild claims that Bayern could still make a move for the German international if Matthijs de Ligt is sold to Manchester United.

According to Sky Germany, the Bavarians have let a deadline set by Leverkusen for Tah pass.

Nevertheless, the deal could still happen, with the Bayern board waiting for de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui to be sold and agent Pini Zahavi keen to get the deal done this month.
