16-year-old Roberto Scaglione is set to join Borussia Dortmund from Genoa, according to a report from Italy.

Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the Black and Yellows have reached an agreement to sign the youngster for a fee of €1 million.

The attacking midfielder was already on BVB’s radar last summer and has also been linked with several other top clubs, including Bayern Munich, Inter, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain.

Scaglione was first called up to Genoa’s senior squad at the age of just 15 and had the chance to become the youngest player in Serie A history, but wasn't brought on.

He has represented Italy at U17 level.
