HSV keen to bring Leeds' Bornauw back to the Bundesliga
Sky Germany reports that Hamburger SV are working on a deal to bring former 1. FC Köln and VfL Wolfsburg defender Sebastiaan Bornauw back to Germany on from Leeds United.

Hamburger SV are interested in Leeds United centre-back Sebastiaan Bornauw, according to Sky Germany.
Having already reached a verbal agreement with Bornauw, HSV are hoping to sign the 27-year-old on loan with an option to buy, the report claims.
Bornauw is no stranger to the Bundesliga, having previously played for both 1. FC Köln and VfL Wolfsburg.
The Belgian centre-back joined Leeds from Wolfsburg for a reported €6 million in the summer of 2025 and remains under contract with the English side until 2029.
