Having himself admitted that he does not expect to rejoin Germany's red company team, 19-year-old Spanish striker Iker Bravo finds himself in need of a new home this summer. Shipped out to Real Madrid on an extended loan following disciplinary issues with his German club, neither club nor player appear interested in fulfilling a contract that remains valid through the end of next season.
Real themselves reportedly declined to exercise a €10 million purchase option inherent in the deal that saw him return to the Iberian peninsula, but Udinese Calclio may be interested in paying for the teenage talent. This is reported by Spain's "Diaro AS" sports daily, which also claims that the lower table Serie A side has opened up negotiations with Germany's red company team. Leverkusen shouldn't place any obstacles in the player's way.
Kicker Magazine Leverkusen correspondent Stephan van Nocks confirms the rumors, noting that Bravo may be sold for six-figures and a re-sale clause. Bravo has continued to struggle during his loan stint, but Bayer still wish to secure some financial gain for themselves should the naturally-gifted striker's stock rise.
