Eintracht Frankfurt have agreed a deal to sell Filip Kostic to Juventus, according to Sky Germany.

After agreeing personal terms with the Serbian wide man months ago, Juventus are now understood to have agreed a deal with Frankfurt worth €17-18 million.

With the move expected to go through in the coming days, Eintracht have confirmed that Kostic will not travel to Helsinki with the rest of the squad for tomorrow's Supercup final against Real Madrid.

"Filip performed admirably in the past season and played a big part in winning the UEFA Europa League. We have always said that we would not put any obstacles in the way of a good offer for all sides and that we are ready to talk. We are currently in promising talks with another club and a solution is on the horizon," stated Frankfurt board member for sport Markus Krösche.

"We are pleased with our squad depth and have a very high level of confidence in the guys, who have all earned their chance and are eager for the upcoming tasks. In light of this, we have decided - also at the request of the possible new club - to play the match against Real Madrid without Filip."

Kostic has made a total of 171 appearances for Frankfurt, racking up 33 goals and 64 assists. His contract expires in 2023.
