Report: Haidara wants to stay at Leipzig despite interest from Man United and Newcastle

Bild reports that Amadou Haidara is not interested in leaving RB Leipzig despite attracting interest from England.
Amadou Haidara has no intention of leaving RB Leipzig this summer, according to a report from Bild.

Haidara is said to have attracted interest from England, with Manchester United and Newcastle United touted as suitors for the midfielder.

However, the 24-year-old doesn't want to depart Red Bull Arena at the moment and has made this clear to the club, per the German tabloid.

Back in February, Haidara said he had "no reason to think about a transfer" in an interview with Bild.

"I have no reason to think about a transfer," said the 24-year-old, according to Bild.

"That the English league is very interesting for all of us is clear. But why should I throw everything away here for something uncertain?" he said at the time.

"There's also the question of whether it's worth it. Of course, I've asked myself that question, but I don't have an answer for it because I want to achieve my goals here with RB."
