Bayern Munich have been linked with a move for Harry Kane for some time now, with reports claiming that they have held several talks with the Tottenham striker and his representatives.

According to Sport Bild, this has not gone down well with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy, who has made his displeasure with the Munich club "abundantly clear" to his entourage.

As a result, Levy will take an even tougher stance in the negotiations with Bayern. Having already rejected an initial bid of €70 million plus add-ons, Levy is also prepared to reject an offer of €100 million, the report claims.

However, it doesn't seem completely out of the question that a deal could be done this summer. Local media outlet TZ reported yesterday that there's been talk of a "breakthrough" at Bayern regarding the signing of Kane.

Kane is out of contract in 2024. According to The Guardian, Tottenham have offered the 29-year-old striker a new contract on better terms, but he's in no rush to sign.
