Only recently signed on a permanent basis from Stade Rennes, there have been rumors floating around all summer that VfB Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy immediately wishes to depart the BaWü capital. The 27-year-old Guinean international still dreams of a Premiership move. After a successful season (14 league goals) in Swabia last season, there may potentially be clubs on the Isle interested.

Guirassy has been able to pump his estimated market worth back up to €15 million, on par with his career high from back in 2020. Germany's Kicker Magazine reports that the striker possesses an exit clause of between €15 and €20 million in his newly signed contract. The clause may be activated at any time prior to day after the start of Stuttgart's Bundesliga campaign on August 19th.

At present, however, there doesn't appear to be any interest from clubs at Guirassy's preferred destination. Former VfB Stuttgart sporting director Sven Mislintat - now working at Ajax Amsterdam - is reported to be interested in acquiring the player he brought back to German football last autumn. Guirassy nevertheless doesn't appear interested in a move to the Erdevisie.
