Bayern München and Atlético Madrid have agreed a deal for Lucas Hernandez, who will make the move to Germany in the summer on a deal until 2025, France Football understands.

According to the French news outlet, Bayern are set to spend a total of around €160 million on the French defender in the form of a €80-85 transfer fee and an annual salary of around €13 million.

Hernandez, 23, will thus become the most expensive Bundesliga signing of all time - a title currently held by Corentin Tolisso who joined Bayern München in a €41,5 million deal from Olympique Lyon in 2017.

Bayern have already officially announced two new signings. Benjamin Pavard will join the German champions from VfB Stuttgart for €35 million while Jann-Fiete Arp will complete a €3 million move from Hamburger SV either this summer or in 2020.
