Inter have stepped up their interest in Hertha BSC's Valentino Lazaro, who has told his agent that he could imagine a move to a bigger club this summer, Kicker reports.

According to the German news outlet, Lazaro has been in contact with the new Inter coach, Antonio Conte, and the Italian Serie A side are now preparing an offer of €20 million for the 23-year-old.

Conte, who usually lines up in a 3-5-2 formation, sees Lazaro as a very good candidate for the right wing-back position.

Lazaro scored three goals and made seven assists in 34 apperances for Hertha in the 2018/19 season.
