Sabitzer: Nagelsmann gives me a lot of freedom and self-confidence

Marcel Sabitzer is thriving under Julian Nagelsmann.
RB Leipzig reclaimed the Bundesliga's top spot from Bayern München with a 3-0 win over Werder Bremen on Saturday evening.

Marcel Sabitzer has been one of the club's stand-out performers this season, and the 25-year-old shined once again, scoring a fantastic free-kick goal.

Speaking after the game, Sabitzer said he's really thriving under Julian Nagelsmann who took over as RB Leipzig coach in the summer.

"Today was a lot of fun. The coach always sets us up with a plan and he also gives me a lot of freedom and self-confidence," Sabitzer said, as quoted by the club.

"We are on a good run at the moment. We want to stay on top for as long as possible and maybe even get a taste of something at the end," he continued.

Sabitzer has scored four goals and made four assists in seven appearances in all tournaments this season.
