Bundesliga Team of the Week: Matchday 6

Here's our Team of the Week for the sixth matchday of the 2019/20 Bundesliga season.
Goalkeeper: Jiri Pavlenka, Werder Bremen
Made a string of important saves to help Werder to a 2-2 draw against Borussia Dortmund.

Right-back: Stefan Lainer, Gladbach (3)
Lainer has quickly emerged as an important player for Gladbach following his summer move from Red Bull Salzburg and put in another impressive performance against Hoffenheim, setting up a goal in his team's 3-0 win.

Centre-back: Marcel Tisserand, Wolfsburg
Was rock solid in defence against Mainz and also scored Wolfsburg's match-winning goal.

Centre-back: Salif Sané, Schalke 04
Scored Schalke's opener, won 71 percent of his duels and helped his side to keep RB Leipzig relatively quiet.

Centre-back: Dedryck Boyata, Hertha BSC
Had an excellent game for Hertha and headed home his first Bundesliga goal in their 4-0 victory over FC Köln.

Left-back: Marco Friedl, Werder Bremen
Tapped in his first goal of the season and generally looked solid on the left hand side against Borussia Dortmund.

Central midfielder: Omar Mascarell, Schalke 04
Put in an oustanding performance against RB Leipzig. Never stopped running and won plenty of duels in the centre of the park.

Offensive midfielder: Philippe Coutinho, Bayern München (2)
Had another good game for Bayern, racking up a goal and an assist in their 3-2 win over SC Paderborn.

Offensive midfielder: Amine Harit, Schalke 04 (3)
The Moroccan international seems unstoppable at the moment and played a key role for Schalke once again, setting up a goal and scoring from the penalty spot in their 3-1 win over RB Leipzig.

Striker: Vedad Ibisevic, Hertha BSC
The veteran came on to score twice in Hertha's crushing 4-0 win over FC Köln away from home.

Striker: Marcus Thuram, Gladbach (2)
The Gladbach newcomer put in another good performance after his brace on Matchday 5, scoring and making an assist this time around.
