Fantasy Bundesliga tips: Matchday 13

Here are our Fantasy Bundesliga tips for Matchday 13.
In this Fantasy Bundesliga article, we will not be focusing on the most obvious premium options such as Timo Werner and Robert Lewandowski. Instead, we will take a look at the players who could offer great value as differentials for Matchday 13.

Goalkeepers:
Robin Zentner (Mainz, 1.9M) remains a good low-budget option in goal. The same goes for Mark Flekken (Freiburg, 2M) who has racked up 37 points in his last three games.

Zack Steffen (RB Leipzig, 6.7M), Tomas Koubek (Augsburg, 7.1M) and Frederik Rønnow (Frankfurt, 7.3M) are other viable, fairly cheap goalkeepers to consider.

It's also worth mentioning that Yvon Mvogo (RB Leipzig, 4.8M) will most likely start at the expense of Peter Gulacsi who suffered a bruised skull in midweek. However, it's probably not worth using a transfer on bringing in Mvogo as he will most likely be back on the bench next week.

Defenders:
It may be worth taking a punt on Ismail Jakobs (FC Köln, 1M). The winger started as a left winger last time around and could potentially make his third start in a row against Augsburg.

Jonjoe Kenny (Schalke 04, 8.1M) and Bastian Oczipka (Schalke 04, 10.9M) remain viable options, with Schalke taking on Union Berlin on Friday.

Achim Beierlorzer had an impressive debut as Mainz coach on Matchday 12, guiding his team to a 5-1 win over Hoffenheim. This time around, it's worth considering bringing in Aaron Martin (Mainz, 10M), with Mainz facing an Eintracht Frankfurt team who have had problems away from home.

Pavel Kaderabek (Hoffenheim, 11.2M) remains a solid option as Hoffenheim will look to bounce back from last week's embarrassment with a win over Fortuna Düsseldorf at home.

Benjamin Pavard (Bayern München, 11.6M) has improved at the right-back position as the season has progressed and represents a relatively cheap way into Bayern's defence.

Finally, it's worth looking at the in-form Philipp Max (Augsburg, 11.6M) who has scored in his last two games.

Midfielders:
Although Alphonso Davies (Bayern München, 6.3M) plays as a left-back, he might be worth investing in, priced at just 6.3 million.

Daichi Kamada (Frankfurt, 7M), who costs slightly more, scored a brace against Arsenal on Thursday and looks like an interesting option as well, with the form he's in.

Amine Harit (Schalke 04, 9.2M) has been instrumental for Schalke this season and could have another great game against Union Berlin on Friday.

Jean-Paul Boetius (Mainz, 11.3M) impressed on Matchday 12 as he scored and made an assist against Hoffenheim and will be eager to continue his good form against Frankfurt.

Christopher Nkunku (RB Leipzig, 11M) has looked impressive for RB Leipzig lately and could be handed another start against Paderborn, although he faces competition to start from Yussuf Poulsen who has just returned from injury.

If you're willing to spend a little more on an RB Leipzig player, you could invest in Emil Forsberg (RB Leipzig, 12.5M), who has been in great form lately, or Marcel Sabitzer (RB Leipzig, 14.1M).

Strikers:
Sergio Cordova (Augsburg, 5.5M) is in line to start again and is an interesting low-budget option from an Augsburg side who have won their last two games.

Karim Onisiwo (Mainz, 8.5M) has offered good value for money in recent weeks, picking up 26 points in his last two games.

Hoffenheim's Jürgen Locadia (Hoffenheim, 9.9M) and Andrej Kramaric (Hoffenheim, 13.6M) are other potential differentials for Matchday 13.

Finally, it's worth looking at Alassane Pléa (Gladbach, 13.6M) who has gradually worked his way back to form after returning from an injury earlier this month.
