Maxence Lacroix and Josip Brekalo doubtful for Wolfsburg's game against Freiburg

Wolfsburg coach Oliver Glasner is hoping that Maxence Lacroix and Josip Brekalo will be fit for Sunday's game against Freiburg.

A foot problem kept Brekalo out of Thursday's 2-0 win over Ukrainian side Desna, which saw Lacroix pick up a knock.
Fortunately for Wolfsburg, head coach Oliver Glasner said ahead of Sunday's game, Lacroix's injury isn't serious, and therefore he could be available against Freiburg. Brekalo, who was in individual training on Friday, might make the squad as well.
"We thoroughly examined Maxence today and luckily there's no structural damage, so there's hope that he can be involved against Freiburg. Josip Brekalo has a chance, too," said Glasner on Friday.
Wolfsburg opened their new Bundesliga campaign with a 0-0 draw against Bayer Leverkusen last week.
