Pavard ruled out of Dortmund match with injury

German newspaper SportBild reports that Bayern right-fullback Benjamin Pavard will be unavailable for Saturday's Dortmund duel.

In other Bayern news, no new word has emerged on whether defender Niklas Süle's recent corona-test was indeed a "false positive". The center-back remains in quarantine. In the meantime, third-string striker Joshua Zirkzee has tested positive for the virus and will definitely not be participating in the weekend encounter.
