Fantasy Bundesliga tips: 10 players to consider for Matchday 25
Here are 10 players you should consider bringing into your Fantasy Bundesliga team for Matchday 25.
In this Fantasy Bundesliga article, we will not be focusing on the most obvious picks such as Robert Lewandowski or Erling Haaland.
Instead, we will highlight players with an ownership percentage below 15%, who could offer great value as differentials for Matchday 25.
Philipp Mwene, Mainz (Defender, 1.9m)
Mwene has nailed down a starting spot under Bo Svensson, playing as a left wing-back. The 27-year-old picked up 14 points against Schalke last week, costs just 1.9 million and plays for a Mainz side with a favorable schedule ahead.
Mateu Morey, Dortmund (Defender, 2.1m)
Morey currently seems to be ahead of Thomas Meunier in the pecking order at the right wing-back position. Having started three of Dortmund's last four games, the 21-year-old is a rotation risk, but with a price of just 2.1 million, he might be worth taking a punt on.
Wendell, Leverkusen (Defender, 7.9m)
After a winless run of five games, Leverkusen finally returned to winning ways with a crucial 1-0 victory over Gladbach last week. With 'Die Werkself' now entering a nice run of fixtures, Wendell looks like a decent pick for the price.
Keita Endo, Union Berlin (Midfielder, 2.6m)
The Japanese international winger has been tipped to start against relegation candidates FC Köln after winning praise from Union coach Urs Fischer for his substitute appearance against Arminia Bielefeld last week.
Mahmoud Dahoud, Dortmund (Midfielder, 7.3m)
After spending months warming the bench, Dahoud has started Dortmund's last six games, scoring two goals in the process. The 25-year-old is very involved offensively and was unlucky not to get on the scoresheet against Sevilla in mid-week.
Nadiem Amiri, Leverkusen (Midfielder, 13.6m)
Amiri hasn't been at his best since recovering from the coronavirus, but with Leverkusen looking at a nice run of fixtures, the 24-year-old attacking midfielder could be a real difference-maker if he can reproduce the form he showed earlier this season.
Maximilian Arnold, Wolfsburg (Midfielder, 15.8m)
Wolfsburg coach Oliver Glasner will be forced to make several changes for his team's clash against struggling Schalke 04, with Paulo Otavio, Maxence Lacroix, Xaver Schlager and Renato Steffen all missing out. Maximilian Arnold, however, should be fit to start as usual and will remain a reliable Fantasy asset in the weeks to come.
Leon Goretzka, FC Bayern (Midfielder, 15.9m)
With 41 points to his name in his last two games, the German international is hard to look past at the moment.
Patrik Schick, Leverkusen (Striker, 15.5m)
Schick should keep his starting place ahead of Lucas Alario after getting on the scoresheet last week. If he can make the most of Leverkusen's favorable run of fixtures, the Czech international could hit a purple patch.
Wout Weghorst, Wolfsburg (Striker, 19.4m)
The tall Dutch striker has already found the net 20 times in 31 games in all competitions during the 2020/21 campaign and is now set to face crisis-hit Schalke 04, who have conceded 61 goals in the Bundesliga this season.
