Kicker reports Real Betis join the list of teams interested in signing Stuttgart’s out-of-favor striker Jovan Milošević. The Serbian rejected an offer from Olympiacos a few weeks ago.
However, with Stuttgart finally completing the transfer of Dženan Pejčinović from VfL Wolfsburg, his chances of playing time will be reduced further next season. According to Kicker, the 21-year-old is allowed to leave the club this summer.
Despite decent spells on loan at Partizan and Werder Bremen, Milošević is facing strong competition at Stuttgart as they add Pejčinović to one of the best duos of the league, Deniz Undav and Ermedin Demirović.
Milošević scored three goals in 13 Bundesliga appearances for Werder Bremen in the second half of last season. The Green and Whites linked with a permanent move for the Serbian international, but his market value of €7 million is out of their price range. Real Betis returned to the Champions League after two decades following their fifth-place LaLiga finish last term.
