The transfer window may be closed in Germany, but players can still leave the Bundesliga. And Silas Katompa Mvumpa looks set to do just that.

The 25-year-old wasn't in training on Tuesday, according to Bild, following intense speculation about his future with Stuttgart.

According to reports, Silas has two options when it comes to finding a new employer: RSC Anderlecht and Red Star Belgrade.

His girlfriend lives in Brussels with their children, but talks between the clubs have been difficult of late. The transfer window in Belgium remains open until Friday.

In Serbia, clubs can sign players until 13 September, giving Red Star Belgrade plenty of time to potentially complete the deal. Interestingly, they will face Stuttgart in the Champions League.
