Elversberg will hope to extend their unbeaten record against Greuther Fürth when the two sides start matchday 26 action in 2. Bundesliga. Including a 6-0 victory in the most recent head-to-head fixture, Elversberg have three wins and two draws so far against their Friday guests.

The visitors finally returned to form as they collected ten points from the last four games. Lukasz Poreba’s first goal for the club sent Elversberg back to the top three with a late win against Magdeburg last week. Similarly, Fürth are unbeaten in the last three matchdays.

Heiko Vogel's side climbed to the relegation playoff spot following the stunning win away at Hannover. Noel Futkeu, who scored his 11th goal of the season in the 2-1 victory, is a doubt after sustaining an injury late in the game.
