In a recent interview, Tom Bischof revealed he was stunned by his first experiences of the Bayern Munich dressing room.

“Before I moved to Munich, I couldn't imagine that Bayern stars could be so normal," the midfielder told Frankfurter Alllgemeine.

"I don't even know what I expected. Maybe that they'd be unapproachable. But not at all. First, Kimmich's message surprised me.

"Then I had an encounter with Manuel Neuer. I was in the elevator with Aleks Pavlović, and then he came in.

"He [Neuer] was so funny, so down-to-earth, so amusing, and above all, so nice. The Bayern dressing room is truly an exceptional place.

“It's a place full of energy and determination, yet still comfortable,” explained the 20-year-old who has found a new home in Munich.

So far this season, Bischof has appeared in 19 games across all competitions, chipping in with 3 assists to date.
