It appears less and less likely that Malick Thiaw will become a Bayer Leverkusen player this summer, several sources suggest.

With Die Werkself nearing closer to the signing of Jarrell Quansah, it appears the AC Milan centre-half is no longer a target.

However, another factor has played it's part in the cooling interest as fellow Serie A side Como are in talks to sign the German.

Both Fabrizio Romano and Matteo Moretto confirmed a report from ‘Radio Rosonera’ that an agreement has been reached by both sides.

The transfer journalists suggested that Milan have received a €25million offer from Como for the former Schalke man.

Now it seems to be a question of whether Cesc Fabregas and Co. can put forward a convincing argument for the 23-year-old to join.
