In partnership with adidas, the German Football Association (DFB) has unveiled the home jersey that Germany will wear at the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

The jersey, in traditional white with a diamond pattern in black, red, and gold, pays tribute to Germany’s most iconic World Cup kits. Its zigzag design is inspired by the 1994 model, when the USA hosted the tournament for the first time.

The kit is completed with black shorts and white socks that echo the diamond pattern.

Germany forward Nick Woltemade is a big fan of the new jersey.

“I’ve rarely found a jersey cooler than our new home kit from adidas. I really like this look it’s so beautifully retro. I think it’s world-class, and I’m looking forward to playing in it soon,” he said.

Die Nationalelf will wear the kit for the first time in their World Cup qualifier against Luxembourg on November 14.

The new home jersey will also now be worn by the DFB women’s team and the federation’s youth national teams.
