Report: Hoffenheim expect Beier to leave amid Leverkusen links

Sky Germany reports that Hoffenheim are expecting Maximilian Beier to leave this summer, with Bayer Leverkusen seen as a particularly likely destination for the striker.

Hoffenheim are reportedly expecting Maximilian Beier to be sold this summer.

According to Sky Germany, Hoffenheim believe Bayer Leverkusen have a particularly good chance of signing the striker, who has a reported €30 million release clause in his contract.

Beier has also been linked with a number of other top clubs, including Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund.

The 21-year-old forward scored 16 goals in 33 Bundesliga appearances in the 2023/24 season.

He's in Julian Nagelsmann's Germany preliminary squad for Euro 2024.
