Leverkusen in ongoing discussions over Nico Paz

Bayer Leverkusen are strongly considering the Spanish-born Argentine attacker as an option this summer.

Bayer Leverkusen are still interested in Argentine youngster Nico Paz, going by the latest Sky Germany report.

Die Werkself are in ongoing contact with the player's management as they continue to explore a potential deal.

The 20-year-old remains high on their shortlist and could become a potential replacement for the outgoing Florian Wirtz.

However, Paz's parent club Real Madrid can activate an €8million buy-back option, while Como still want to keep him.

Across the course of the 2024-25 Series A season, Paz scored 6 times and set up teammates on 9 occasions in 35 games.
