Borussia Dortmund may be set to gain some additional attacking assistance from an unexpected source. Spanish sports daily "Marca" reports that BVB striker Sebastian Haller is on his way back to Westphalia early following a disappointing first half of his loan stint away at CD Leganés.

Haller has only featured twice for the newly-promoted La Liga side in the last two months. He made seven of his nine appearances under Borja Jimenez in September and October. The Ivorian international has failed to record either a goal or assist in 525 minutes of action.

Haller's estimated market worth has continued to plummet. Appraised as a €35-million-player when joining die Schwarzgelben in the summer of 2022, Haller is estimated to be worth €3 million today. The latest drop saw him lose €4.5 million in estimated value while working abroad.
