Markus Pilawa set to be announced as Werder Bremen's new squad planner
The Bochum native is tipped to take over the squad planning department at Werder Bremen.

Sky Germany understands that Markus Pilawa is expected become the new squad planner at Bundesliga side Werder Bremen.
According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, a contract has already been signed and an official announcement may come later today.
The former Bayern Munich chief scout will work alongside Clemens Fritz and Peter Niemeyer on squad planning and future transfers.
Pilawa is a shrewd operator and the man credited as being the one who prepared the transfer of Michael Olise to Bayern.
Prior to his stint in Bavaria, the 48-year-old also held roles such as chief scout at Borussia Dortmund and scout at VfL Wolfsburg.
