Twenty-seven-year-old German/Nigerian attacker Noah Joel Sarenren Bazee has been picked up by 3. Liga club Arminia Bielefeld. After joining Augsburg from Hannover 96 in the summer of 2019, Sarenren Bazee made 46 top-tier appearances for the FCA senior side. He scored two Bundesliga goals. Details regarding the transfer fee and length of the player's new contract were not made public.

Sarenren Bazee made only two short relief appearances under trainer Enrico Maaßen. He did make 14 more significant appearances under Marcus Weinzierl during the previous campaign, scoring an important equalizer and making one start against (of all clubs) Bielefeld. Sarenren Bazee joined the Fuggerstädter from Hannover for a transfer fee rumored to be in the €1.7 million range.
