James Rodriguez: 'We can cause Liverpool problems'
James Rodriguez has talked about Bayern München's upcoming games against Liverpool.
Bayern München star James Rodriguez says he's excited about his side's upcoming Champions League games against Liverpool.
The Colombian international feels the Bavarians are capable of advancing from the round of 16 if everything goes according to plan.
"I'm very much looking forward to facing Liverpool. You can't make mistakes in these games. I think we can cause Liverpool problems. We have a team that can go through if it goes well," James Rodriguez said in an interview with Bild.
In January, the 27-year-old returned to the pitch after a long injury break, and he feels that he's slowly getting back to his best.
"Step by step, I feel better. I was out for almost three months. Game by game, I'm regaining quality. But I can do more," Rodriguez said.
The German champions will travel to Anfield to face Liverpool in the first leg on February 19 while the second leg will be played at the Allianz Arena on March 13.
