Since Steffen Baumgart left his position as coach of FC Köln a little less than two weeks ago, many names have been mentioned as possible replacements.

According to Sky Germany, there are now only three candidates left in the running to take over the vacant position.

The report claims that Köln have held concrete talks with Matthias Kohler, who was in charge of Dutch club FC Volendam until the beginning of December.

In addition to Kohler, who is considered the frontrunner for the job, Köln are also said to have approached FC Zurich coach Bo Henriksen and Freiburg reserve team coach Thomas Stamm.
