VfL Wolfsburg are interested in signing Young Boys defender Kevin Mbabu this summer, according to Blick.

The Swiss news outlet claims that Young Boys want around €5,5 million for the 23-year-old who has also been linked with Eintracht Frankfurt and Borussia Mönchengladbach.

However, according to Fussballtransfers, Mbabu would prefer a move to the English Premier League.

Additionally, Fussballtransfers claims that Young Boys want at least €10 million for the right-back who was deemed too expensive by Eintracht Frankfurt in January.

Mbabu's contract runs until 2020. The Swiss international has made 93 appearances for Young Boys with five goals and 15 assists to his name.
