Report: Abdou Diallo set to join PSG from Dortmund

Abdou Diallo is on the verge of completing a move from Borussia Dortmund to Paris Saint-Germain, according to various sources, including L'Equipe, Goal.com and Bild.

PSG will pay €32 million to sign Diallo, who will sign a contract until 2024, with the fee set to increase by another €2 million if the centre-back reaches a certain number of games in the PSG jersey, as per Bild.

Diallo only joined Dortmund a year ago from Mainz in a €28 million deal, but with Mats Hummels and Manuel Akanji considered the preferred partnership in central defence ahead of the 2019/20 season, he has opted for a move back to his home country.

The 23-year-old has made 38 apperances for BVB.
